Set in the grounds of an old manor house, and surround by trees, this park really gives you the full English countryside experience.

I could spend all day wandering round St MinverHoliday Park it’s so beautiful, so I thought I’d start with the nature trail.

It’sgreat way to explore the park and also take in some of the local wildlife while you’re in the mood for walking, thewoodland trail is scenic and quiet taking you out of the park and down to St Minvervillage back on the park step up the pace a bit anlet the kids get a rowdy on the adventure playground I do love a game of Crazy golf or you can bend it like Beckham, 5 a sidestyle, in the multi sports court while everyone else relaxes, munching sandwiches,in the family picnic area.

After you’ve explored the great outdoors, heading inside offers something for everyone too with splashing around in the indoor swimmingin the heated pool … complete with a shallow pool just for the tots Or distress yourself in the poolside sauna.

and after the pool, it wouldn’t be a Britishholiday without a trip to the arcades where you can play shootem ups, dance mats and pusha penny….

My favourite.

If you want something a bit more sedate whenit comes to gaming, darts, table tennis and pool are also on offer too.

The main focus for dining here at St Minveris the Pizza and Steakhouse restaurant you can grab anything you fancy here From a relaxing Costa Coffee to be enjoyedin comfort to hand made pizzas made by Parkdean’s brilliantchefs and, of course, a steakhouse isn’t a steakhousewithout a whole host of great meat dishes plus, there are loads of other great mealsto choose from, including lite bites, a kiddies menu and full family feasts or, if you want, you could grab some suppliesat the convenience store and cook in your holiday home But, I’m on my hols, so I think I’ll letsomeone else do the cooking – I’ll also be taking advantage of Parkdean’s free Wifito check out the local area and see where I’m going next.
